Tenant Vacate Inspection & Bond Disposal Procedures $295 per vacate (inc. GST). Booking inspection date and time, and advising the Tenant of our expectations. Carrying out the thorough inspection. Preparation of report, liaising with Owner and Tenant, handling disputes, arranging trades. Arranging the Bond disposal with the Bond Administrator. Lease Renewal Fee $220(inc. GST). Charged to you once a new Lease has been signed. Compliance & Safety $132 per annum (inc. GST) for the Electrical Safety Certificate. Charged yearly to ensure that all RCDs and hard-wired smoke alarms are compliant with Legislation & are in working order. Court Preparation & Attendance $77 (inc. GST) per hour, up to a maximum of $770. Charged per case for the preparation of legal paperwork, documentation & lodgment, court waiting time, court appearance & any reappearance times (if applicable).
